Out The Door: Bush

2232 Bush Street consisted of an extensive remodel of an existing concrete and timber-framed building with a residential unit above the restaurant on the ground level. Out the Door required shotcrete shear walls at the front of the building to open up the storefront and a reframing of the roof structure to accommodate a new penthouse level.
