This modest building acts as an information and entertainment center for the Sonoma Land Trust that is restoring the adjacent Bay wetlands. The building is a wood and steel framed building supported on concrete piers. The building is laterally supported by steel moment frames in the transverse direction of the building and tension-only steel braces in the longitudinal direction of the building.
