The remodel of this restaurant space at the base of the SOMA Grand building required the cutting and repair of an existing structural concrete slab at the base of a high-rise building South of Market. We also provided design services for the support of the bar element, various architectural screen walls, and mechanical equipment that is housed over the bathrooms.
