Belgrave Residence

This project is a remodel and addition to an existing single-family residence. The challenge of the project was to keep most of the existing framing and walls intact, while creating open interiors. Interesting elements included steel plate stairs, a yoga loft, triangular steel framed windows, and a deck connecting the main house to the rear yard.
