This project was a remodel of a mid-century cookie factory sited in a residential section of San Francisco’s Mission District. The engineering extended from the cantilevered steel beams at the front corner of the building and the steel moment frame at the front of the building to the shelving systems, outdoor seating, windscreen, and trellis structure on the roof deck.
