Fire Country Lookout
Strandberg Engineering worked closely with Studio Vara and a specialty fabricator, Spearhead, to coordinate structural requirements with the architectural vision, resolving framing conflicts, and developing custom connections while maintaining ease of constructability. The result expresses a building structure with tall ceilings, exposed glulam beams, open partition screens, and full height windows giving an open airy space blurring the transition between the interior and exterior.
