Lake Street Residence

The Lake Street project consisted of a remodel to combine existing Kitchen and Dining spaces to create a combined living and eating area. This created a new open floor plan with increased window openings and views. The structural scope included new framing elements to eliminate existing load-bearing walls, and a steel moment frame seismic upgrade at the rear of the house.
