This project consists of an extensive remodel of an existing four-story single family residence, including a full seismic upgrade utilizing steel moment frames and plywood shearwalls. This home features an indoor swimming pool at the basement level, an architectural stair with cantilevered treads, a glass floor, and a two-story-high sculptural guardrail and screen wall.
