Rosa Residence
The Rosa Residence is a 1500 sqft. remodel and addition of a two story, single-family structure located in Mill Valley. Concrete retaining walls along the north side of the residence allowed the structure to sink into the sloping site and clear story windowns allowed for the interior spaces to be flooded with light. The landscape work included a 500 sqft. deck which provided for indoor/outdoor living.
