This project consisted of an extensive remodel of an existing concrete and timber-framed building with a residential unit above the ground floor commercial unit. Used shipping containers were retrofitted, stacked perpendicular to one another, and then craned into the building through the roof—along with a new single stringer steel stair to extend to a new roof deck.
