Broadway Street IV
This existing, mid-century, two story home, located in Pacific Heights, was given an extra lower level and received a full seismic upgrade. A two story moment frame over buckling resistant brace frames allowed us to preserve the existing architectural form at the front facade while improving the building performance. Two new interior planted spaces, new glass railings, and a large operable skylight over the living room are some interesting features of this project.
