Clifford Terrace Residence

This project is a remodel of an existing residence located on a sloping lot. The wood framed building includes steel moment frames and the front façade and rear façade to open up hillside views of the city. Additionally, the residence boasts a steel brise soliel at the front and rear façades and architectural stairs seamlessly integrate with the structure.
