Pacific Avenue Residence
The Pacific Avenue Residence is an addition and remodel of an existing three-story, single-family residence. The project includes a vertical addition creating a basement (approximately 1800ft2 ) and a horizontal addition at the first, second, and third-level (approximately 5470ft2 ). The structural system includes a full seismic upgrade of the structure and full height concrete retaining walls to create basement areas.
