The inlet house is the remodel of an existing, wood-framed, single-family residence built in 1973 and located in Stinson Beach. The remodel includes reconfigured interior walls and roof framing to create new kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, bath, and bedroom areas. The project includes a partial seismic upgrade as required by the design.
