This project consists of an extensive remodel of an existing three-story single family residence, including a full seismic upgrade utilizing a steel moment frame at the rear facade and plywood shearwalls at the interior. The building features a large cantilevered deck at the back of the house and long span exposed steel beams at the interior of the house.
