1170 Harrison

1170 Harrison is located in San Francisco's SoMa district, and the project consists of the remodel of a light industrial structure. The historic structure was built in the early 1900s and formerly housed San Francisco Galvanizing Works. The project includes all new foundations, the addition of a mezzanine and a penthouse level, and seismic strengthening of the entire structure.
