Menlo Park Residence
The Menlo Park Residence is a one-story, horizontal addition for new master bedroom suite (approximately 900ft2). The project included an interior remodel of the kitchen, dining room, and guest bedroom as well as a partial seismic upgrade to the building areas affected by the addition and remodel. The structure included a conventional wood-framed roof and walls supported on a concrete spread footing foundation.
